Rock Island is a video production agency in Tallinn, Estonia, making commercials, brand videos, music videos and TV since 2002. We take projects from the first idea to final delivery — or step in for just the part you need, from the shoot to the edit and colour grade.
It depends on what you need — and that’s a real answer, not a dodge. A 30-second social ad, a TV commercial and a music video take very different amounts of planning, shooting and editing, and shoot days are usually the biggest part of the budget. Tell us what you have in mind and what you’d like to spend, and we’ll suggest the smartest way to get there — not the most expensive one.

Yes — a shorter cut, a social media version or a new language version, even years later. We keep project files and footage for at least five years. If a change goes beyond the original scope, we’ll agree on the budget first.
